$25 Same Day Cancellation (Even if client reschedule). All cancellations must be

done 24 hours prior to appointment NO EXCEPTIONS.

No Show Fee: 1st offense $25, 2nd offense $35. Fees must be paid upfront in order

to book appointments. After 2 no show fees 50% deposit required for any booking.

Grace Period

Every client gets a 10 min grace period before your appointment is canceled and a

no show fee is applied. Each client is asked to arrive 5-7 mins earlier for their

appointment so that you receive the full allotted time for your appointment. In the

event you are late your time will not extend. Example you book from 1pm-2pm but

arrived at 1:10pm your appointment will still end at 2:00 pm NO EXCEPTIONS

Refund Policy

We do not give any refunds, however we do offer store credit. Store credit is given

in the amount of purchase and is only good for 30 days after purchase. Credit is

non transferable. Credits for specials and deals that have been partially rendered

goes as follows: If you purchase a package deal or bundle and decide to not

complete sessions and or services the original price of service will be deducted and

remaining balance will be issued as a credit.
